The process for producing Vibecast productions begins with our Creative Brief
Questionnaire. We ask specific questions about your company, your industry, your
callers, and the image you want to portray. This simple but thought provoking
Step helps us gather relevant information and uncovers key talking points.
The completed Creative Brief is then given to our copywriters who will bring
your messages to life in a manner that is consistent with your brand. You will
receive the draft scripts and through our revision process, have the opportunity
to make any edits you deem necessary.
Once the message copy is approved, your project will then be professionally
voiced and edited in a state of the art recording studio. You will have the
option of selecting the professional voice talent and musical accompaniment.
We offer a variety of male and female voice options, and often, we use the same
talent that is heard on radio and television spots. As for music…we’ve gone to
great lengths to identify specific tracks within various genres that are best
suited for custom voice-over and the on-hold medium. And of course, all of our
music is licensed.
Upon completion, the custom Vibecast production is delivered electronically via
email with simple instructions for loading it onto the Vibecast Audio
Appliance.
